Shannon Foster, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician with over 15 years of experience in healthcare. She provides expert care to patients at Restoration Primary Care PLLC, serving patients in and around Winchester, Tennessee.

Dr. Foster began her medical career in 2010 as a physician assistant in the U.S. Army, where she served as a Commissioned Officer and completed multiple year-long combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. Her time in the military provided her with invaluable insight into the healthcare challenges faced by veterans and service members.

In 2019, Dr. Foster earned her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Louisville School of Medicine and completed her family medicine residency at the University of Tennessee Nashville in 2022.

Dr. Foster's practice encompasses a wide range of family medicine, including adolescent, adult, and geriatric care, as well as various clinic-based procedures. She is deeply committed to providing personalized, compassionate care and approaches her work with a unique understanding of her patients' physical and mental health needs. Having lived in Middle Tennessee for over twenty years, Dr. Foster is passionate about serving her community and improving the well-being of her neighbors.

Dr. Foster also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor and Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
